The web console and the phone stay in sync, in real time
Anything added or edited in AGEphone CRM (the web contact management screen) on a PC appears in the +Phonebook Cloud app immediately. Every site and every device works from the same up-to-date contacts.
Managed in one place
A cloud phonebook keeps all contact data in one place, so new entries and updates from joiners, leavers and title changes are reflected and shared immediately. Only administrator accounts can edit shared contacts, and group registration lets you give each group its own view. Bulk registration from a CSV file is supported.
Security
Because the phonebook is held in the cloud, no readable contacts or call history remain on the device. The app can be protected with a PIN, and five wrong attempts wipe it — worth knowing if you are uneasy about customer data in the cloud. The app can also prompt users to change a PIN they have kept for a long time, and accounts can be suspended remotely if something goes wrong.
