Built around call quality and usability
CRM integration
Action URLs open a browser at the moment a call comes in, goes out, connects or ends, passing information as parameters in both directions.
Call recording
Call recording is included as standard and captures each conversation. The recordings can later feed AI transcription and similar uses.
Incoming-call pop-up
A pop-up appears with the ringtone. With web phonebook integration, one click places a call even to a number you have not saved.
Developer API
A built-in WebSocket API lets a web service drive AGEphone. The SDK is available once a partnership agreement is in place.
